Robex (Robex.ai), as well as all written or electronic materials including
software, data, text, audio, video, images, photos, graphics, or other content
(“Content”). You, as the individual or entity using the Service (including any
component of the Service), are referred to as "you" or
"your".
By accepting these Terms electronically (for instance, by
clicking “I Agree”), accessing or using the Services, purchasing Services,
registering for an account with us, executing these Terms, or accepting an
Order that references these Terms, you are accepting and agreeing to these
Terms and the policies and guidelines referenced in these Terms. If you do not
agree to these Terms, then you may not use the Services.

Use
Eligibility: By using our Services and entering into this
User Agreement, you affirm that you are an individual, at least 18 years of age
or older, have the capacity to enter into this User Agreement and agree to be
legally bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement, including the
Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy and Service Terms when applicable.
Modification: We may change the terms of this User Agreement
at any time. Any such changes shall take effect when posted on the Site, or
when you use the Services. Review the User Agreement carefully each time you
use the Services. Your continued use of the Services signifies your acceptance
to be bound by the current User Agreement.

provided to you by Robex (Robex.ai).

risks associated with these products, but it cannot explain all of the risks
nor how such risks relate to your personal circumstances. If you are in doubt,
you should seek professional advice. It is important that you fully understand
the risks involved before deciding to trade with Robex (Robex.ai), that you
have adequate financial resources to bear such risks and that you monitor your
positions carefully. Trading involves risk to your capital. You should not
invest money that you cannot afford to lose, however, you cannot lose more than
the Portfolio in your account.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS AND/OR THIS GENERAL RISK DISCLOSURE. ACCORDINGLY, AND INDEPENDENTLY
OF MARKET VOLATILITY, THEIR MAXIMUM LOSS WITH RESPECT TO EACH TRANSACTION SHALL
BE THE TOTAL AMOUNT INVESTED IN SUCH TRANSACTION, AS UPDATED BY SUCH USER FROM
TIME TO TIME.
Appropriateness
Before we open an account for you, we
are required to make an assessment of whether the product(s) and/or services
you have chosen are appropriate for you, and to warn you if, on the basis of
the information you provide us, any product or service is not appropriate. If
you decide to continue and open an account with us, you are confirming that you
are aware of and understand the risks.
Position
Monitoring
You should further ensure that you are
able to monitor positions on your account at all times, as you are solely
responsible for this. We are not responsible for monitoring positions on your
account.
Execution
Although the Robex (Robex.ai) trading platform is
automated, and we give you the best execution available, it is possible that
the market price could have changed between order placement and execution time,
and, therefore, we cannot guarantee that the price requested will be the same
as the price at which the order is executed, therefore, the price you receive
can be in your favour or against you.
In addition, there are risks associated with the use of
online deal execution and trading systems including, but not limited to,
software and hardware failure and Internet disconnection. Copy
Trading
Robex (Robex.ai) also uses Copy Trading.
In making a decision to copy a specific trader or traders and/or follow a
particular strategy, you must consider your entire financial situation,
including financial commitments. You must understand that using Copy Trading is
highly speculative and that you could sustain significant losses exceeding the
amount used to copy a trader or traders. The risks associated with Copy Trading
include, but are not limited to, automated trading execution whereby the
opening and closing of trades will happen in your account without your manual
intervention.
CFDs
- Contract For Difference
CFD stands for “Contract For Difference,” which means you're not purchasing the
actual asset, but rather, acquiring a contract to settle the difference in the
asset's initial and ending price. When trading CFDs, you typically use margin
trading, allowing you to deposit only a small percentage of the total value of
your position. This is referred to as “Leverage”, and even minor market
fluctuations can significantly impact your account portfolio, either positively
or negatively.
If the market moves against you, you may face a total
loss exceeding the funds invested in a specific position. You are accountable
for all losses in your account up to the portfolio value.
Before deciding to trade with Robex (Robex.ai), carefully
consider your investment objectives, experience level, and risk appetite. CFDs
are not traded on any exchange. They involve greater risk than investing in
on-exchange products, as market liquidity isn't assured and it may be harder to
sell an existing position.

Trading risks
Since Cryptocurrency markets are decentralized and
unregulated, our Cryptocurrencies Trading Services are unregulated and not
subject to any regulatory framework. This means that there's no central bank to
intervene in a crisis or adjust the currency supply.
CRYPTOCURRENCY MARKETS ARE SOLELY DRIVEN BY DEMAND AND
SUPPLY. The Cryptocurrency market is highly dynamic, and prices are often
unpredictable and volatile. Cryptocurrency prices are generally opaque, highly
speculative, and vulnerable to market manipulation. In the worst-case scenario,
a cryptocurrency could become worthless.
Cryptocurrency trading is susceptible to misuse for
illegal activities due to the anonymity of transactions. Investors could suffer
adverse effects if law enforcement agencies investigate alleged illicit
activities.
THEREFORE, CRYPTOCURRENCIES SHOULD BE REGARDED AS
EXTREMELY HIGH-RISK ASSETS, AND YOU SHOULD ONLY INVEST FUNDS THAT YOU CAN
AFFORD TO LOSE.
Considering this, Cryptocurrencies are not suitable for
all investors. You should avoid dealing in these products unless you have
sufficient knowledge and expertise, understand their characteristics and risks,
and are comfortable with your financial situation. Additionally, using our
Services can't be considered a safe investment, but rather one with a high risk
of loss inherently associated with it.
The risk of loss in trading Cryptocurrencies can be

networks where Cryptocurrencies are issued or traded. You will be bound by and
subject to any changes or amendments in the blockchain system and any

representations or warranties, whether express or implied, statutory or
otherwise, regarding the functionality of the blockchain or for any security
breaches in the blockchain.
Third-party
Risks.
We may choose to execute orders or hold
cryptocurrencies through a Third Party. These Third Parties are not banks and
do not hold virtual currency as a deposit. If any of these Third Parties lose
money, fail, or go out of business, there is no specific legal protection that
covers you for losses from any funds you may have held with them, even if they
are registered with a national authority. Depending on the structure and
security of Robex (Robex.ai), some individuals may be vulnerable to hacks,
resulting in the theft of virtual currency or loss of customer assets. Robex
(Robex.ai) will not be responsible for losses caused by these Third Parties.
Automated
Trading & Internet Risks
You acknowledge that there are risks
associated with using an Internet-based trading system, including but not
limited to: hardware, software, and Internet connection failures; the
introduction of malicious software; unauthorized access by third parties to
your information and/or assets (including your Cryptocurrencies);
cyber-attacks; failures in the Cryptocurrency network (such as blockchain);
computer viruses; communication failures; disruptions; errors; distortions or
delays experienced while trading via the Services, regardless of the cause;
spyware; scareware; Trojan horses; worms; or other malware that may affect your
computer or equipment. You should also be aware that SMS and email services are
vulnerable to spoofing and phishing attacks, so you should carefully review
messages claiming to be from Robex (Robex.ai).

and Costs

all costs and charges that apply to you, because such costs and charges will
affect your profitability.

Past
Performance

advised of, knew of, or should have known of the possibility of such damages.
For instance, you may not recover for lost profits, lost business
opportunities, or other types of special, incidental, indirect, intangible, or
consequential damages.
Under no circumstances shall we be required to deliver to
you any virtual currency as damages, make specific performance, or provide any
other remedy. We shall not be liable for any damages caused in whole or in part
by (a) the malfunction, unexpected function, or unintended function of any
computer or cryptocurrency network, including, without limitation, losses
associated with network forks, replay attacks, double-spend attacks, sybil
attacks, 51% attacks, governance disputes, mining difficulty, changes in
cryptography or consensus rules, hacking, or cybersecurity breaches; (b) the
change in value of any cryptocurrency; (c) trading loss by taking wrong trades;
(d) any change in law, regulation, or policy; or (e) force majeure. This limitation
of liability applies regardless of whether other provisions of this agreement
have been breached or proven ineffective.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless
Robex (Robex.ai), its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, managers, members,
officers, and employees from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages,
losses, costs, or expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal
fees, arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the site or services; (b)
breach of this user agreement or any other policy; (c) feedback or submissions
you provide; (d) false, incomplete, or misleading information relied upon by us
to verify your identity and source of funds, where applicable; or (e) violation
of any rights of any other person or entity. However, you shall not indemnify
Robex (Robex.ai) for claims or losses arising out of Robex’s (Robex.ai) gross
negligence or wilful misconduct. This indemnity applies to your successors and
assigns and survives any termination or cancellation of this user agreement.
Any and all of our indemnities, warranties, and limitations of liability
(whether express or implied) are hereby excluded to the fullest extent
permitted under law, except as set forth herein. Nothing in this user agreement
excludes or limits liability that may not be limited or excluded under
applicable law.
